About the Dataset
The dataset is largely composed of the two parts:

MTA-STS Measurement and Management: DNS scans, which consists scan of 1) MTA-STS (both TXT and A records), MX, and NS records, 2) MTA-STS policy file over HTTPS, 3) STARTTLS certificates of MTA-STS enabled domains — Section 3 and 4 in the paper.

Survey: Survey questions and responses, which focus on the qualitative study. — Section 7 in the paper.
Note that due to storage issues, we can only share the latest snapshot from our paper; but other snapshots are available upon request.
